3月31日 A leader must implement his Plan (1) - Nehemiah2:9-20Strike while the iron is hot! This is an expression that means 'act decisively when the time is right.'
The lesson to learn here is timing. Nehemiah checked things through carefully before he shared the plan. (v16) - one of my biggest problems is just "i want to share too quick!" - too quick to make a good sharing information... :$
Ecclesiastes 3 :1-2 There is a time for everything, a season for every activity under heaven. A time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant and a time to harvest. In 1Ch 12:32 the sons of Issachar 'understood the times and what Israel should do.' They had understanding regarding the right action at the right time. This is an indespensible quality for a leader. CHRONOS - KAIROS
A leader naturally must use his chronos wisely, but he must aslo capitalise on the kairos, to grasp opportunity while it is there. Notice here that we can make things happen. We can heat up the iron by our wise plans and actions. THE JOURNEY His letters and king's escort no doubt helped him to make it safely. Two of the governors are Sanballat and Tobiah. They didn't like his plan. (A document of 407 B.C. refers to Sanballat as "governor of Samaria.") The first problems occur even before he gets there. He no doubt notes their displeasure. So how did Nehemiah now implement his plan? From Elim Discipleship Training School - Nehemiah Lesson - also including some my own notes Thank Blue Letter Bilble for the link of Bible 评论 (1)
